Acting together

We are a diverse community with many different voices and opinions. We believe that this diversity is one of our greatest strengths, as it enables us to constantly adopt new perspectives and identify opportunities. What we have in common is that we all identify with our company and the goal of making it a success. To achieve this, we make time for each other and treat each other with positive attitudes and expectations.

Be respectful

Respect is the cornerstone of how we work together. We treat one another with respect and trust. We embrace openness, diversity and tolerance in our daily interactions. For us, respect means not only treating our environment with care, but also our fellow human beings - so we communicate respectfully and honestly, regardless of position or opinion. In this way, we ensure that everyone feels comfortable and can act authentically.

Entrepreneurial thinking

A love of design and an aesthetic sensibility form the basis of the florist's craft. In addition to creativity, entrepreneurial thinking is paramount: we consistently make sustainable and cost-conscious decisions, even in small, seemingly everyday matters, which help us to progress economically and improve the quality of our work. Our entrepreneurial approach is the basis for the commercial success of our organisation and our partner businesses.

Focused work

We are practical. We choose our working methods in such a way that they best support us in fulfilling our tasks. We rely on a combination of the tried and tested and the new. We are goal-oriented and keep our eyes on the prize. We recognise that objectives may change as a result of external circumstances, so we regularly review and revise them. We are able to reformulate objectives and adapt them flexibly if necessary.

Taking responsibility

We are prepared to take responsibility, develop continuously and make a difference through our actions. We take responsibility for our tasks, carry them out with commitment and communicate them reliably. We are not afraid of mistakes, because where people work, mistakes happen. We communicate mistakes openly and honestly, clarify their cause and try to grow from them, both personally and as a company.

Co-creating

Working together means having a say, negotiating, deciding and taking responsibility. When decisions are made, everyone can and should be involved. It doesn't matter who comes up with a good solution, as long as it's the most profitable of all the alternatives. Our interaction with each other and our hands-on mentality ensures that every suggestion is heard. Once a decision has been made, we have helped to shape it and can therefore support and defend it.

Helping others

We use all professional resources available to us to complete our tasks. When we have exhausted our own resources, we know that we can ask for help and that accepting help is an important skill that helps us move forward as a company. Especially on event days - when we are particularly challenged and give our all - we look out for each other and take the pressure off each other because we are a team with a common goal.

Being curious

We are curious and always looking for new perspectives. Our curiosity drives us to think ahead and move forward. We encourage lifelong learning and welcome the desire to develop. Where there is an interest in personal change, we support it. We don't look at careers rigidly, but recognise that interests are varied and flexible. Together, we look for new opportunities and development every day to help us move forward.

Have fun

We are motivated by the opportunity to work with different people every day, and to learn and benefit from their skills. We enjoy our community and nurture our collegial relationships. We like to share ideas in person and celebrate our successes together. We don't take ourselves too seriously and approach our daily work with a lot of lightness and humour. A friendly environment where we can laugh and chat together is important to us.
