Sustainable packaging

Each bouquet is tied up in a Fleurop specialist shop near the recipient, delivered by courier and handed over in person. To ensure the flowers are well watered and protected during delivery, all bouquets are transported in sustainable premium gift packaging. In addition to its commitment to sustainable cultivation, Fleurop also supports the "myclimate" foundation and offers its customers the opportunity to do the same. Those who pay an additional €1.20 per bouquet specifically support "myclimate" climate protection projects.

7-day freshness guarantee

Fleurop guarantees that each bouquet will be tied by a local florist from the desired flowers, in fresh, perfect quality and delivered on time. Flowers are subject to a natural ageing process. However, if the care instructions are followed, the recipient will be able to enjoy the flowers for at least seven days. If, despite proper care, there is ever any reason for complaint, the recipient can report the faulty goods immediately to the Fleurop specialist shop making the delivery and will of course receive a first class replacement.

Delivery to 150 countries worldwide

Since 1927, Fleurop customers have been able to send floral greetings not only within Germany, but also worldwide. Today, around 50,000 florists in the Fleurop Interflora network deliver over 25 million flower arrangements every year in 150 countries. Local craftsmanship since 1908

The Fleurop principle is tried and tested: The floral greetings are selected by the customer at a local partner florist, by phone or at www.fleurop.de and ordered for the desired date. The order is sent to a florist with a shop close to the recipient. Each bouquet delivered is therefore a personal work of art from a local florist who expresses his or her craft with passion and dedication. Fleurop has been supporting florists and retailers in this way since 1908.

Personal delivery by courier

Each floral greeting is composed and bound by a local Fleurop florist using only the highest quality flowers. It is then delivered by the florist or a courier and personally handed to the recipient at their doorstep. Orders placed before 3pm can be delivered the same day. Some florists work seven days a week, so Fleurop can even deliver on Sundays in some places.

Worldwide flower delivery

Fleurop is part of the international Interflora network and can therefore deliver flowers not only in Germany, but also worldwide. Any international order can be placed with a Fleurop florist in person - or conveniently via the Fleurop online shop under Send flowers abroad. The order will then be sent to the relevant countries. The florist in Argentina, Australia or Japan will receive the order and deliver it on time.

Personalisation

Personalisation is the key word: a greeting card or other extras such as chocolate or champagne can be added to any Fleurop order. Your satisfaction is our top priority: especially with perishable goods such as flowers, it is not always possible to guarantee that everything will go smoothly. For example, if the recipient is not at home, a contact number helps to ensure that the flowers are delivered on time.

The sender remains anonymous. At Fleurop, privacy and confidentiality are fundamental principles. That is why the sender always remains anonymous. If you want the recipient to know who the flowers are from, you must include their name in the text of the greeting card. We will never disclose this information.

Security and safety

Fleurop's online shop is secure 24 hours a day, seven days a week, using SSL encryption. In addition to the usual payment methods such as direct debit, instant bank transfer and credit card, you can also pay easily using Apple Pay or PayPal. Our customer service is available on weekdays from 8:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 8:00 to 12:00. We will be happy to advise you on choosing a bouquet or help you with any problems you may be having with your order. Just like in a florist's shop, you can choose the flowers and colours and create your own personal floral greeting online, which will then be delivered by your chosen florist. The great thing is that you can also upload a photo to make the gift even more personal. The photo will be displayed along with your personal message and floral greeting.

If you want to enjoy the benefits and quality of Fleurop more often, you should register with "My Fleurop". This is easy to do during the ordering process or at any time. The account allows you to save addresses and important dates so that you are reminded when it is time to send flowers. The order history for the last 12 months clearly shows who has already received which bouquet, making it even easier to order again.
